NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Robert Eugene Garcia, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the 2nd Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Robert Eugene Garcia to Gene Robert Garcia, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable TED BACA, District Judge, on the 13 day of APR 2011, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW Courtroom #702, New Mexico.
