NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID (“ITB”) # 11-0001 EXTERIOR BUILDING AND WINDOW CAULKING REPAIR SERVICES
The State of New Mexico Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is currently requesting sealed bids from qualified prospective bidders for exterior building and window caulking repair service at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Courthouse. The ITB will be issued March 25, 2011. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 6, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Daylight Time), at which time a Project Manual will be distributed to all potential bidders. The deadline to submit a sealed bid in response to this ITB is April 13, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. (MDT).
