NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OFNEW MEXICO:
TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ELEANOR JANE ROBINSON DE BOER AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELEANOR JANE ROBINSON DE BOER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
A hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative filed by the undersigned Petitioner will be held in the District Court of Bernalillo County, before the Honorable Ted Baca, District Judge, on the 2nd day of June, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., at which time the Court will consider the Petitioner’s Petition which requests the Order of the Court: declare the Decedent died testate in relation to the instrument dated December 28, 2007, determining her devisees there under, declare Decedent’s Estate fully administered and settled, approving the Personal Representative’s final account and the distribution of the Estate, award the administrative fees and expenses including the Personal Representative fees and attorney charges and expenses, and discharging the Personal Representative from all further claims or demands of any interested persons.
Pursuant to § 45-1-401 NMSA, notice of the time and place of hearing of said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for two consecutive weeks.
