NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Gabriela Miramontes, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen (14) years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change the name of her minor son, Ivan Gabriel Alvidrez to Axel Gabriel Miramontes and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Valerie A. Mackie Huling, District Judge on 8-10-11 at 8:45 am at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Boulevard NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
