STATE OFNEW MEXICOto the above-named Defendants: any and all unknown persons claiming an interest in and to the Subject Real Property adverse to the Plaintiff.
You are hereby notified that U.S. NEW MEXICO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION has filed a Complaint for Debt and Money Due and Foreclosure against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a Mortgage which was recorded on April 17, 2007 in Book A135, at page 6340 as Document No. 2007056456 and a Loan Modification Agreement recorded on April 15, 2009 as Document No. 2009040442 in the records of the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County and conveying the real property described as follows:
Lot numbered Three-P1 (3-P1) Plat of ESTRADA COURT SUBDIVISION, a replat of Lot 6 Block 3, Tract 3 Unit 3, North Albuquerque Acres and Lot 3 Keller Lane Subdivision and Tract A Oakland South Subdivision and vacated Oakland Avenue situate within projected Section 17, T11N, R4E., NMPM, Elena Gallegos Land Grant, City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, as the same are shown and designated of said plat filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on September 6, 2005 in plat Book 2005C, folio 299.
