NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that on Friday, July 15, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., the undersigned Special Master will sell to the highest bidder at the front door of the Second Judicial District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, all Defendants= interest in the real property located at 8509 Prestina Place NE, in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and more particularly described as:
Lot Numbered Three (3), in Block Numbered Nine (9) or Unit No. 5, Dale J. Bellamah’s Northridge, an addition to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designed on the plat of said addition, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on the 19th day of March, 1970,
WITH MORTGAGE COVENANTS.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Default Judgment, Decree of Foreclosure, Order of Sale, and Appointment of Special Master (“Judgment”) entered on April 5, 2011, as follows:
Judgment in the amount of $98,086.98, with interest accruing at 7.8% per day from date of judgment.
The Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. BOKF N.A. d/b/a Bank ofAlbuquerque, successor by merger to Bank of Albuquerque, N.A. (“the bank”) has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
