A Petition for Adoption has been filed in the above captioned and numbered cause. The adoptee was born to Laura Nguyen on October 20, 2010 inBernalillo County,New Mexico. The genetic/biological parents were anonymous donors of an embryo implanted in the Adoptive mother.
You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition within twenty (20) days at the Second Judicial District Court, 5100 Second St., Albuquerque, NM 87107, your consent to the adoption will not be required and Petitioner will request judgment be entered against you terminating your parental rights by default.
