You are hereby notified that U.S. NEW MEXICO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION has filed a Third-Party Complaint and For Foreclosure against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a Mortgage which was recorded on May 12, 2010 as Document No. 2010041036 in the records of the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County and conveying the real property described as follows:
Lot numbered Thirty-Five (35) in Block numbered Sixty-Nine (69) of Blocks 43 to 88 inclusive, of Snow Heights, an Addition to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico as the same is shown and designated on the plat of said Addition, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on November 4, 1953.

BE ADVISED that unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before August 29, 2011 judgment by default will be entered against you.
