NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Gregory Allen Ketchum II, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Gregory Allen Ketchum II to Dustin Keith Ketchum, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge C. Shannon Bacon, District Judge, on the 19 day of Aug. 2011, at the hour of 10:45 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Bvd NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
