NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Vanessa Yazzie on behalf of Richard Eliseo Yazzie III, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he/she seeks to change his/her name from Richard Eliseo Yazzie III to Eliseo Richard Yazzie and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable TED BACA, District Judge on the 16 day of AUG, 2011, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. N.W., Courtroom #702, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
