You are hereby notified that Vuelo, LLC, Plaintiff in the above-referenced action, has filed a civil action against you in the above-named Court and cause, the general object thereof being to collect on a note as follows:
WHEREFORE, Vuelo, LLC, requests that the Court enter judgment against the Defendant, Heather LaFont a/k/a Heather Slade, for the amount of $9,749.72 plus interest accruing thereon at the rate of 8% per annum from March 20, 2009, until the said amount is paid, plus award the Plaintiff its costs, attorney’s fees, and all other relief legal, equitable, or other that the Court shall deem just and proper.
You are required to file with the Clerk of the Second Judicial District Court an answer or a responsive pleading, by the 26 day of SEP, 2011, or a default judgment may be rendered against you.
