NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tyler Lashier, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he/she seeks to change his/her name from Tyler Charles Lashier to Tyler Charles Savoie, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge C. Shannon Bacon, District Judge, on the 1st day of Sept. 2011, at the hour of 3:00 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Abq., New Mexico.
