NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wilberto Joe Archuleta Jr, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Wilberto Joe Archuleta Jr to Wilbert Rick Archuleta, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable TED BACA, District Judge, on the 31 day of Aug., 2011, at the hour of 10:00 a.m./p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
