NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION

Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, pursuant to Rule 1-004 J New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedures-District Courts, publishes the following as its Notice of Pendency of Action.

1. Plaintiff has filed a Judicial Foreclosure Complaint against the above named Defendant.

2. Plaintiff is seeking service of Sulema Frias of the Complaint in No. D-0202-CV2011-01878.

CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2002, IN BOOK 2002C, PAGE 307.
