NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION

Plaintiff, FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”), pursuant to Rule 1-004 J New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedures-District Courts, publishes the following as its Notice of Pendency of Action.

1. Plaintiff has filed a Judicial Foreclosure Complaint against the above named Defendant.

2. Plaintiff is seeking service of Ricardo C. Granillo of the Complaint in No. D-202-CV-2011-03400.

4. If a Response is not filed by Ricardo C. Granillo a default may be entered against the Defendant.

LOT NUMBERED ONE (1) IN BLOCK NUMBERED SEVEN (7) OF THE SUBDIVISION PLAT OF BLOCK 7, ROSE ACRES SUBDIVISION, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN         AND DESIGNATED ON SAID SUBDIVISION PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON DECEMBER 8,1983, IN PLAT BOOK C22,  PAGE 147.
