IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing on Petitioner’s Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative for the Estate of ELAINE MARIE GREEN currently scheduled for September 14, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. is hereby vacated and the Court hereby reschedules the hearing on OCT 11 2011 @ 2:00 PM.
