THE STATE OFNEW MEXICO:
TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EVA C. WEAVER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Verified Petition for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative and Determination of Heirship (the “Petition”) filed by the Petitioner, CHARLES WEAVER, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Court, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 21 day of NOV, 2011, at 1:45 PM before the Honorable CLAY CAMPBELL, District Court Judge. You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the Petitioner that:
1. The Court find the Decedent died intestate;
2. The Court determine the heirs of the Decedent; and
3. The Court appoint the Petitioner as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Eva C. Weaver, deceased.
A copy of the Petition is on file with the Court in the above-captioned cause and is available for your review.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on the Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
