TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARCO A. ROMERO, DECEASED AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARCO A. ROMERO, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition filed by the undersigned, an interested party in the estate Marco A. Romero, which petition requests a Hearing for Formal Probate of Copy of Will, Determination of Heirship and Appointment of Personal Representative of the Estate of Marco A. Romero, Deceased, will be held at the Bernalillo County Second Judicial District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, on November 16, 2011, at 2:30 p.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 45-1-401(1975), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for two consecutive weeks.
Unless you file an objection to the hearing or matters requested and set forth in the Petition within ten (10) days of the last publication of this Notice, it is requested that the Court enter an Order approving matters requested in the Petition.
