PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above-entitled Court, having appointed me Special Master of this matter with the power to sell, has ordered me to sell the real property situated inBernalilloCounty, State ofNew Mexico, described as follows:

Lot numbered One Hundred Three (103), Villa de Paz, as the same is shown and designated on the plat entitled “Replat of Villa de Paz, for the Sole Purpose of Showing & Designated Unit I Development and the Common Properties and Facilities Therein, Wood Bros. Homes of New Mexcio, Inc., Albuquerque, New Mexico, Plat Dated: July 1972, This Replat Dated: January 8, 1973”, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on January 5, 1973.

The Street address of said property is 103 CallePuebloPinado NW,Albuquerque,New Mexico87120.

The Judgment, Decree of Foreclosure, Order of Sale and Appointment of Special Master was rendered in the above-entitled and numbered cause on December 14, 2011. The nature of the above-entitled and numbered cause was to foreclose a lien on the above-described property.

The sale is to begin at 9:00 a.m., on Friday 7, 2012, on the Front steps of the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103, at which time I will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lawful currency of the United States of America, the property to pay expenses of sale, and to satisfy the judgment entered in the above-entitled action in favor of Villa de Paz Homeowners Association, Inc. in the amount of $6,285.12, plus interest to the date of sale at $1.03 per day from November 16, 2011. The interest to the date of sale will be $85.49. Plaintiff is allowed to bid the amount of its Judgment, or any portion thereof, at said sale as the equivalent of cash.
