You are hereby notified that the above named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the Second Judicial District Court,BernalilloCounty, State ofNew Mexicounder the caption set forth above and Numbered D-202-Cv-2011-11436, as shown above, the general object thereof being to quiet title to the property described as follows:
The real property that is the subject of this action is described as follows:
Lots lettered “D” and “G” and the North Sixty feet (N. 60’) of Lot lettered “E”, in Block numbered Two (2), of the GENTRY ADDITION, to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the replat thereof, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on September 18, 1948, in Plat Book A, Folio 85
And;
Lots 1 and 2 of the Vacated Gentry Drain a Subdivision,Albuquerque,New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on said plat filed in the office of theCountyClerkofBernalillo County,New Mexico, on October 21, 1970.
The further purpose is to adjudicate the respective rights and interests of the parties set forth above and to confirm title in and to the Plaintiff as set forth in the caption above.
That unless you file a responsive pleading or motion in said cause on or before the expiration of thirty (30) days of the third consecutive publication of this Notice of Suit, judgment will be rendered in said cause against you and each of you by default, and the relief prayed for will be granted.
