NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION
Plaintiff, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, pursuant to Rule 1-004 J New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedures-District Courts, publishes the following as its Notice of Pendency of Action.
1. Plaintiff has filed a Judicial Foreclosure Complaint against the above named Defendants.
2. Plaintiff is seeking service of Richard J. Castro of the Complaint in No. CV-2010-13696.

The real property is also described as 1200 Cerro Vista SW,Albuquerque,NM87105.
