OF WILL AND ISSUANCE OF ANCILLARY LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
TO: Unknown heirs of Betty Alexander, Deceased, and all unknown persons who have or claim any interest in the Estate of Betty Alexander, Deceased, or in the matter being litigated in the hereinafter mentioned hearing.
RICHARD ALAN LACOUME and JIMMY WAYNE LACOUME, Petitioners in the above entitled Estate, hereby give notice to all interested persons and to any unknown persons who have or claim any interest in the Estate of Beverly Alexander, Deceased, that a Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Issuance of Ancillary Letters Testamentary was filed on December 14, 2011, in the above entitled cause. By the Petition, RICHARD ALAN LACOUME and JIMMY WAYNE LACOUME seek probate of the Last Will and Testament of Beverly Alexander, Deceased, and appointment as Ancillary Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Beverly Alexander, Deceased. You are given notice that a hearing on the Petition of RICHARD ALAN LACOUME and JIMMY WAYNE LACOUME has been set for February 21, 2012 at the hour of 9:30 a.m. at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, before the Honorable Beatrice Brickhouse.
Pursuant to 45-1-401, NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
