THE STATE OFNEW MEXICO:
TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL WADE FLOWERS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition of an Interested Person for Adjudication of Intestacy and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative (the “Petition”) filed by Kenneth C. Leach of Kenneth C. Leach & Associates, P.C., attorney for Lesyle K. Flowers, Petitioner will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Tuesday, March 6, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable Carl J. Butkus, District Judge. You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the petitioner that:
1. The decedent died intestate based on specific judicial finding and order that the decedent left no will.
2. The Court enter a judicial order determining the heirs of the decedent.
3. The Court formally appoint Petitioner as personal representative of the estate, without bond, in an unsupervised administration and letters of administration be issued to Petitioner.
A copy of the Petition is on file with the Court in the above-captioned cause and is available for your review.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on the Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
