NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION
Plaintiff, Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc., pursuant to Rule 1-004 J New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedures-District Courts, publishes the following as its Notice of Pendency of Action.
1. Plaintiff has filed a Judicial Foreclosure Complaint against the above named Defendant.
2. Plaintiff is seeking service of the Estate of Josephine O. Gallegos, and any unknown heirs and devisees of Josephine O. Gallegos, of the Complaint in No. D-202-CV-2011-03624.
