Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon NA, fka The Bank of New York Trust Company NA as Trustee for CWMBS 2005-R2, pursuant to Rule 1-004 J New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedures-District Courts, publishes the following as its Notice of Pendency of Action.
1. Plaintiff has filed a Judicial Foreclosure Complaint against the above named Defendant.
2. Plaintiff is seeking service of Garth R. Wilson of the Complaint in No. D-202-CV-2011-08433.
