NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that WALTER HENRY PAX, a resident of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years (14), has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from WALTER HENRY PAX to ULRIC PAX, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge Beatrice Brickhouse, District Judge, on the 20th day of March, 2012, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
