TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DOUGLAS NICEWANDER, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DOUGLAS NICEWANDER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Inventory, Accounting, and Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate, filed by the personal representative, will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, on March 13, 2012, at 9:50 A.M., before the Honorable Clay Campbell.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
