TO: THE HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF JOHN H. GRANT, DECEASED,
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT:
1. This notice is being sent to those unknown heirs and Devisees that have or may have some interest in the estate of the decedent.
2. MARGARET M. GRANT filed a petition for informal appointment as personal representative of the estate of the decedent.
3. On February 27, 2012, MARGARET M. GRANT was appointed personal representative to serve without bond.
4. Papers relating to the estate are on file with the Court and are available for your inspection.
5. Any heir or devisee of the decedent wishing to contest the probate has four (4) months from the publication of this notice to commence a formal testacy proceeding.
