NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Maria Manuelita De Atocha Vigil, a resident of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition for Change of Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Maria Manuelita De Atocha (Emma Jean) Vigil to Emma J. Vigil Williams, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Beatrice Brickhouse, District Judge, on the 13th day of April, 2012, at the hour of 11:00 am, at the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, located at 400 Lomas NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
