NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR ORDER OF COMPLETE SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE BY CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES
TO: Barbara A. Gardner, Ronald Herman Spencer, Katheryn F. Truong, Thuy Truong, Joshua Spencer, Jason Spencer, Maryanna Richter, Mike Baca, Kristina Abeyta and Mateo Abeyta, and all unknown heirs devisees and all persons whose addresses are unknown who have any interest in the matters being litigated.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the undersigned have filed with the above-named Court, a Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Co-Personal Representatives.
The hearing has been set to consider such Petition on March 27, 2012, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Nan G. Nash, District Court Judge.
Attorneys are responsible for providing Notice of Hearing to Self-Represented Litigants and shall provide a Certificate of Notice thereof, at the scheduled Hearing.
