Notice is hereby given that the undersigned have been appointed Joint Personal Representatives of the Estate of Diego Peter Marchese, Deceased. All persons having claims against the Estate are required to present their claims within two months of the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented either to the undersigned Personal Representatives at their respective mailing addresses as provided herein, or filed with the Bernalillo County District Probate Court, or may be sent to the Personal Representative’s attorney at the address provided herein dated this 24th day of February, 2012.
