THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on Petitioner’s Motion for Continuance, and the Court otherwise being fully advised in the matter, finds cause for the issuance of an Order to the Petitioner to continue this hearing.
IT IS THEREFORE ordered, adjudged, and decreed, that the Order for Continuance is GRANTED, and the hearing set for March 26, 2012 at 9:00 on Petition for Name Change is hereby vacated and rescheduled for April 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Bernalillo County Courthouse located at 400 Lomas Blvd, Courtroom 616, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
