TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SETH HAROLD HOFHEINS, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM TO HAVE ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SETH HAROLD HOFHEINS OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of hearing is hereby given on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will, for Determination of Heirship and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative. Said Petition requests an Order which determines the heirs and devisees of the decedent, formally probates the copy of the will, formally appoints Mareth C. Hofheins as personal representative and orders that Letters Testamentary be issued to Mareth C. Hofheins.
Hearing will be held on May 1, 2012, at 10:00 AM at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas, NW,Albuquerque,New Mexico, before the Honorable Theresa Baca.
Pursuant to Sec.45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing of said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
