NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OFNEW MEXICO:
TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN P. E. WATTERBERG, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Verified Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Formal Appointment of Personal Representative(the “Petition”) filed by the Petitioner, KRISTI L. WATTERBERG, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Court, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 16th day of May, 2012, at 2:30 p.m. before the Honorable C. Shannon Bacon, District Court Judge. You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the Petitioner that:
1. The Court find the Decedent died testate;
2. The Court determine that the copy of the Last Will and Testament dated January 25, 2002 and the First Codicil to the Last Will and Testament of John Watterberg dated April 16, 2002 are valid copies of the original documents which cannot be located and entitled to probate as his Last Will and Testament; and
3. The Court appoint the Petitioner as the Personal Representative of the Estate of John P. E. Watterberg, deceased.
A copy of the Petition is on file with the Court in the above captioned cause and is available for your review.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on the Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
