TO: THE HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF JOSE BENJAMIN PACHECO, DECEASED:
1. This notice is being sent to those unknown heirs and Devisees that have or may
have some interest in the estate of the decedent.
2. ELIZABETH PACHECO-QUINN filed an Application for Informal Probate of
Will and for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative.
3. On March 12, 2012, ELIZABETH PACHECO-QUINN was appointed as Personal
Representative to serve without bond.
4. Papers relating to the estate are on file with the Court and are available for your
inspection.
5. Any heir or devisee of the decedent wishing to contest the probate has four (4)
months from the publication of this notice to commence a formal testacy proceeding
