Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, pursuant to Rule 1-004 J New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedures-District Courts, publishes the following as its Notice of Pendency of Action.
1. Plaintiff has filed a Judicial Foreclosure Complaint against the above named Defendants.
2. Plaintiff is seeking service of Isaac Esquibel of the Complaint in No. D-202-CV-2011-09984.

4. If a Response is not filed by Isaac Esquibel a default may be entered against the Defendant.

LOT NUMBERED SEVEN-A (7-A) OF THE REPLAT OF LOTS 7 AND 8 OF THE BISHOP ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF SAID ADDITION, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON DECEMBER 8, 1978.
