NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION
Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, pursuant to Rule 1-004 J New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedures-District Courts, publishes the following as its Notice of Pendency of Action.
1. Plaintiff has filed a Judicial Foreclosure Complaint against the above named Defendant.
2. Plaintiff is seeking service of the unknown heirs and devisees of Defendant, David. E. Funderburg of the Complaint in No. D-202-CV-2012-02114.
3. The name, address, and telephone number of Plaintiff’s attorney is Matthew Silverman, 8502 E. Via de Ventura, Suite 200, Scottsdale, Arizona 85258, (480) 302-4100.
4. If a Response is not filed by the unknown heirs and devisees of Defendant, David E. Funderburg, a default may be entered against the Defendant.

LOT NUMBERED FIVE (5) IN BLOCK NUMBERED TWELVE (12) , OF DALE J. BELLMAH’S EASTRIDGE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF SAID ADDITION, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON JANUARY 11, 1968, IN PLAT BOOK D3, FOLIO 183.
The real property is also described as 1317 Paisano Street NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112.
