Golobic, Petitioner, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, has filed a Petition for Name Change of a Minor in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change Colton Patrick Johnson’s name from Colton Patrick Johnson to Colton Patrick Golobic, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Nan G. Nash, District Judge, on the 21st day of May, 2012, at the hour of 1:20 p.m. at the Bernalillo, County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Courtroom 602.
