NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LOUISA CARRILLO, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative (the “Petition”) and Motion to Approve Payment of Personal Representative Fee (the “Motion”), filed by the undersigned petitioner will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on June 12, 2012, at 9:00 A.M. before the Honorable Alan Malott, District Judge. You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the petitioner that:
1. The Court formally confirm the prior order of this Court entered on April 8, 2010 and enter an Order formally probating the last will and testament of the
decedent dated May 7, 2007 (the “Will”).
2. The Court formally determine the heirs and devisees of the
decedent and the distributees entitled to distribution of the estate are as set forth in the
Petition.
3. The Court approve the Final Account attached to the Petition as Exhibit A.
4. The Court approve the final distributions of the estate as shown on the Schedule of Distribution attached to the Petition as Exhibit B.
5. The Court approve payment of the Personal Representative Fee as set forth in the Motion.
6. The Court declare that after final distribution the estate shall be fully settled and the petitioner shall be discharged from further claims or demand of any
interested person.
Copies of the Petition and Motion are on file with the Court in the abovecaptioned cause and is available for your review.
Pursuant to §45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on the Petition and Motion is hereby given you by publication, once each week,
for two consecutive weeks.
