6. Review and Ratification of Hearing Officer Decisions

a. State of New Mexico v. AFSCME Council 18; PELRB No.146-11, Denial of State’s Motion to disqualify the Executive Director and to appoint an alternate Hearing Officer.

7. Review of Voluntary Dismissal

a. PELRB No. 139-11; AFSCME, Council 18 v.New MexicoCorrections Dept.

8. Review form of Order

a. PELRB No.’s 123-11, 124-11, 125-11, 130-11, 136-11 and 138-11; NFEE v. Northern NM College, et al. Questions concerning whether the Order to be entered should indicate that the “declines to exercise jurisdiction” or “is without jurisdiction” as to certain matters at issue in the case.

b. PELRB 311-1; AFSCME, Council 18 and New Mexico Corrections Dept. questions concerning the Board’s intent expressed in its Order of  1-22-12 concerning whether the union is to proceed by filing a petition for unit clarification or whether the matter is proceeding as an accretion without the necessity of a new filing.

c. Amendment of Open Meetings Act Resolution to reflect actual language being used forADAcompliance.

Updated and amended Agendas may be picked up at the PELRB office up to twenty-four hours in advance or at the board meeting.
