NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION
Plaintiff, Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc., pursuant to Rule 1-004 J New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedures-District Courts, publishes the following as its Notice of Pendency of Action.
1. Plaintiff has filed a Judicial Foreclosure Complaint against the above named Defendants.
2. Plaintiff is seeking service of Defendants, Estate of William C. Bauer; William C. Bauer, Trustee of The William C. Bauer and Cleone P. Bauer Trust, Under Agreement dated October 18, 1995; and any unknown heirs and devisees of William C. Bauer, of the Complaint in No. D-202-CV-2012-01565.

4. If a Response is not filed by Defendants, Estate of William C. Bauer; William C. Bauer, Trustee of The William C. Bauer and Cleone P. Bauer Trust, Under Agreement dated October 18, 1995; or any unknown heirs and devisees of William C. Bauer, a default may be entered against the Defendants.
5. The real property which is the subject matter of this action is legally described as follows:
