NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Robert Rick Humphrey, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen (14) years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, where he seeks to change his name form Robert Rick Humphrey to Robert DeMarco and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Carl J. Butkus District Judge, on the 21st day of June, 2012, at the hour of 2:30 p.m. at the Bernalillo county Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, courtroom 502.
