TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CLAUDEL EUGENE WEBBER, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CLAUDEL EUGENE WEBBER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned petitioner or the personal representative, which petition requests a Formal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative, will be held before the Honorable Judge Ted Baca, District Judge at the Second Judicial District Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW Courtroom #702, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on July 24, 2012, at 10:15 a.m.
