d. PELRB 137-09; NM State Police Assoc. v. NM Dept. of Public Safety; Administrative closure of case.

a. PELRB 311-11; AFSCME, Council 18 and New Mexico Corrections Dept. questions concerning the Board’s intent expressed in its Order of  1-22-12 concerning whether the union is to proceed by filing a petition for unit clarification or whether the matter is proceeding as an accretion without the necessity of a new filing.

9. New Business:

a. In re: Juan Montoya; Mr. Montoya will address the Board regarding an earlier Order concerning salary during the period he was re-employed as Executive Director.

b. Schedule next meeting

Updated and amended Agendas may be picked up at the PELRB office up to twenty-four hours in advance or at the board meeting.
