Sunport Self-Storage Facility

Pursuant to New Mexico Statutes 48-11-1 thru 48-11-7 N.M.S.A., also known as the “Self-Storage Lien Act”; BRUCE MORAWE, Manager of the Sunport Self-Storage Facility, 1824 Buena Vista S.E. Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106, Hereby gives legal notice of his intention to foreclose on Unitys #26, #31, #38, and #43 to satisfy a Landlord’s Lien.

Foreclosure will be final on the 25th day of June, 2012, and will thereafter be auctioned off  or otherwise disposed of, pursuant to 48-11-7 (D)N.M.S.A. on behalf of Regency  Real Estate; LLC.

Said foreclosure is against tenant Sooshan Lee; 8201 Rancho Lucido N.W.Albuquerque,New Mexico87120.  This foreclosure is for all closed/sealed boxes, crates and/or containers in unit #26/43 (a 10’x40’ unit) aand all closed/sealed boxes, crates and/or containers in Unit 31/38 (a 20’x40’ Unit).

At any time before final forfiture, Mr. Lee can contact the Manager BRUCE MORAWE at (505) 228-9251; or the Owner of Regency Real Estate Mrs JULIE ECHSTEIN at (505) 804-1110 and make arrangements to pay off the Lien of $2665.50; plus all expenses involved in the lien and forfiture process.  This amount must be paid in either cash or by Cashier’s check.  If such payment is made prior to 8:00 am on the 25th day of June, 2012, Mr. Lee will recover all rights and responsibilities involved with the rightful ownership of all the aforesaid property.  If such payment is not made before 8:00am on the 25th day of June; all  the aforesaid property will become the rightful property of Regency Real Estate LLC and will be auctioned off, or otherwise disposed of, to satisfy the Landlord’s Lien.

The provisions of 48-11-7 (C)N.M.S.A. were complied with by sending Certified Mail to Mr Lee to his last known address as verified by phone, and by means of the internet.
