NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dante Antonio Hernandez, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen (14) years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Dante Antonio Hernandez to Dante Antonio Hernandez-LaCour, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable CARL J. BUTKUS, District Judge, on the 2nd day of Aug. 2012, at the hour of 3:45 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas BLVD., N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico.
