TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF BRUCE ROBERT GILBERT, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BRUCE ROBERT GILBERT, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative filed by the undersigned Personal Representative, which Petition provides for complete settlement of the Estate, waiver of the final account and report, and distribution of all Estate assets, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Nan G. Nash, District Judge, in Courtroom 602, on August 1, 2012, at the hour of 1:30 p.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, §45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
