NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheila Renee Ricks, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Sheila Renee Ricks to Sheila Renee Molina, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable VALERIE A. MACKIE HULING, District Judge, on the 4th day of December 2012, at the hour of 8:45 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd, NW Albuquerque, New Mexico.
