TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3, N.M.S.A. 1978, MARIO ANTONIO DURAN will apply to the Honorable Beatrice J. Brickhouse, District Judge of the Second Judicial District, Second Judicial District Court, 400 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, at 11:00 o’clock am., on the 7th day of September, 2012, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for a change of name from MARIO ANTONIO DURAN to MARIO ANTONIO PATRIARCA.
Pursuant to Section 40-8-2 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given to you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
