AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OFNEW MEXICO:
TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ADALINE MAXWELL RAMPUTI, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative (the “Petition”) filed by the undersigned petitioner will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Thursday, August 30, 2012, at 3:00 P.M. before the Honorable Nan Nash, District Judge. You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the petitioner that:
1. The Court approve the Final Account attached to the Petition as Exhibit A.
2. The Court approve the distribution of the estate to the distributees as shown on the Schedule of Distribution attached to the Petition as Exhibit C.
3. The Court declare the estate fully settled and discharge petitioner from further claims or demands of any interested person.
A copy of the Petition is on file with the Court in the above-captioned cause and is available for your review.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on the Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
